Very disappointing experiences at this location. Orders are consistently backed up, incorrect, or misplaced. I regularly order 10–15 minutes in advance and still end up waiting almost every single time….for no reason. I’ve seen my order along with others just sit there half way finished while employees are literally hanging out on the clock….sometimes I’m even told someone must have “stolen” my order which is the same excuse I got AGAIN yesterday, 8/13/26 around 1830-1842. What makes it worse is the complete lack of urgency and how well staffed this location is. While customers are waiting, employees are texting, standing around, leaning against walls, or pretending to stock. Yes mistakes happen, but this has become a consistent pattern. There seems to be very little accountability or respect for customers time. Even after my order was finally made (wrong btw) it was left behind the counter and I had to ask the same supervisor who told me it got “stolen” for my drink at least 8!!! times (check the cameras!!!) because she went off to do something…so yes the experience got even WORSE. In a world where many people would be grateful for steady employment today, it’s very disappointing

Was a long wait on the drive thru. But was given my coffee complimentary for the long wait. Love Starbucks

Great location! No matter what time of day I stop by, there’s always a friendly face and excellent service. The staff is welcoming, and my orders are always made with care.

$7 for milk. I feel like that’s basically what I ordered when my drink had 4 pumps of espresso. I have this drink at other Starbucks locations and it never taste like milk. I wish I had more time to taste it before I left. So disappointed because I was really looking forward to having this drink.

My boyfriend moved to this area in December, so I’ve been getting this store’s Starbucks for a good amount of time now. I get the strawberry acai lemonade every time. It ALWAYS tastes DELICIOUS. No other Starbucks that I’ve gone to anywhere has consistently made it perfect every single time. Parking can be a challenge but I’ve never had a real problem.

So I ordered this like 10 mins ago and I go inside to pick it up the workers are looking at me weird seeing which drink I get and I pick mine up and it’s messing a lot I didn’t even say anything bc I didn’t want to fight or anything but this is crazy they knew something was wrong and why they was checking which drink I picked up. Upsetting

I was disappointed with how my coffee was handed to me today. It had clearly spilled quite a bit, and rather than transferring it to a new cup, it was given to me as-is through the drive-thru—leaking and messy. I didn’t have time to ask for a replacement, but the fact that this was considered acceptable is really disappointing. A more professional approach would’ve been to provide a clean cup, especially when the spill was so noticeable.

This place has a small parking and drive through. Two toilets with password 1 2 3 4 5. Very friendly stuff. They was out of matcha 🍵 drink but they offered me another drink and before buying the gave me to try it. They said if don’t like it we can make a new drink or refund your money. It was very nice. I feel they really care about me. I love it ❤️
